New Century Infocomm Tech and Chunghwa Telecom to launch promotional campaign to increase volume of local/long-distance calls.(TAIWAN)

Taiwan-based New Century Infocomm Tech Co. Ltd. and Chunghwa Telecom are contemplating unveiling promotional incentives to encourage users to increase the volumes of local and long-distance calls. Currently, Chunghwa Telecom provides two basic monthly plans for local calls. Under the $2.13 plan, users pay $0.04 for every three minutes.
