Qld: Man threatens teens with knife
A man will appear in in a Brisbane court today .. after allegedly threatening four
15-year-old students with a knife at a playground.
Police say the 42-year-old man from Woombye allegedly approached three girls and a
boy at a playground opposite the Alexandra Hills State School around 2 pm (AEST) yesterday.
They say he was brandishing the knife and making sexually explicit threats.
The man's been charged with threatening violence .. going armed so as to cause fear
.. and possession of a knife in public.
He'll appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court today.
