FED:Govt must increase Pakistan aid: Brown
The Greens are calling for the establishment of a regional disaster co-ordination centre
to assist in natural disasters around the world.
Greens leader BOB BROWN says such a centre could make a big difference in helping neighbouring
countries like flood ravaged Pakistan.
He's also called on the federal government to increase its aid to Pakistan after the
UN warned the catastrophe would unfold in coming days .
Australia has so far committed 10 million dollars.
